Against each material movement, an individual file will be raised and relevant information transferred to the file. Such files will contain all details associated with the shipment.

For all ex-works orders, WLL will arrange for or monitor (which ever applies) collection from supplier yard to designated port.

Cargo bookings will be made prior to loading from relevant collection address, taking into account any consolidation needs. All sea shipments will be booked with reputable owner/carriers as agreed. Carrier selection will be based upon priority, cost, availability, routing, safe transit and transshipment points and overall best value to the client. 

All road shipments will be carried out using driver-accompanied vehicles equipped with mobile communications and tracking devises. For FOB terms, WLL shall forward the materials from suppliers to meet nominated vessels.

In all cases, WLL shall monitor all orders from Collection, shipping, through to customs clearing and delivered to site. 

WLL shall provide experienced personnel to witness and supervise load outs/off loading/ transshipment at vendor premises and ports for all shipments
